A early morning City trip round the landmarks of one of the finest citys in Italy especially famous for its incredible food & medieval towers. We start just outside the city to the north & ride in via cycle paths to the centre. After about 15 completely flat kilometres the ride take a rather brutally sudden change as we take on the steep 2km climb to the cathedral of Madonna di San Luca. This climb has been immortalised by the haunting image of Fiorenzo Magni racing a time trial with a broken collarbone on San Luca in the 1956 Giro.
